I writing to tell you about my Men in Teaching series coming up this fall and winter. I have organized this through the University of Calgary’s Werklund School of Education. I am hoping current teachers, student teachers and anyone interested will attend. This is based on my personal experiences as an elementary teacher, researcher and instructor at the university. Men who teach are always valued and vulnerable. We are always a minority on staff. This series explores the complex issues men who teach experience.
